We don't list just any business — we verify them. Every applicant goes through a structured, three-phase process designed to confirm legitimacy, measure quality, and ultimately surface the businesses Knoxville can trust. Here's what to expect.

02Phase 2 — 100-Point Evaluation
Our auditors evaluate your business across seven categories: Compliance, Marketing, Management, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Reputation, and Operations — a transparent, 100-point score.
03Phase 3 — Listing & Tier
Scored businesses earn a Certified Listing. Based on your score and chosen membership, you'll be placed as a Certified Listing, Preferred Partner, or Elite Choice member.
Required documentation
To complete Phase 1, gather the following. Having these ready speeds up your review and helps our auditors verify your compliance quickly.
Business name, address, and contact details
Years in business and a short biography
Proof of state registration / business license
Certificate of insurance (liability coverage)
Relevant trade licenses or permits
Website and primary social media profiles
Logo and at least one cover/photo
Owner or authorized-signatory acknowledgement
